Allscapes recently undertook a full section makeover on this renovated 1960’s bungalow in a very prestigious blue chip location in Merivale. We levelled the section which was overgrown and aged and began afresh with a contemporary plan designed by Alister to enhance the newly renovated property.
We began by building expansive Kwila decking at both the front and rear of the property. The rear deck, featuring a glass balustrade, being cantilevered over the gorgeous stream to make the most of the unique space. Urban Flagstone pavers were laid in the sunny courtyard and surrounded the house in a practical and stylish path. Lush Readylawn was laid to enhance the section, and extensive planting in keeping with the surrounding environment, and a fully automatic irrigation system was installed to ensure the new owners would always have a beautiful, lush space with minimal effort.
